What if my child has an allergy?

We are extremely careful of allergies, especially with children. When booking, please include any allergies you are aware of. We will accommodate to ensure our studio or props are free of allergens.

Will there be a second photographer?

Occasionally, we may have an additional photographer for mini sessions or outdoor sessions. There is not an additional charge for an additional photographer unless otherwise noted. Some larger events or longer sessions will require an additional photographer, in which pricing and time will be discussed within a contract.

Can I extend the session on the day of?

A session can be extended as long as another session is not booked back to back. We generally offer a window between sessions. Depending on service, a session extension will be an additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible to schedule an extension.

What if I need to reschedule?

Please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that circumstances may arise. If a cancellation occurs within 2 hours of your appointment, you will be billed for 50% of the shoot.

Do I have to order prints through you?

There is no obligation to purchase prints through our company, although we do offer a print credit with each package if you choose to use it. We do offer a convenient service through the gallery to make it a one-stop-shop for our clients.

How do I receive my photos?

After your photoshoot, our team will edit and enhance your gallery. Within two weeks, you will receive an email with a username and password to your private gallery. With the username and password, no one else has access to your gallery. Here, you can order prints, download, and share your high quality photos.
